Because my Health Coaching Programs are customized and focused on individual needs, I am selective on who I work with for a few reasons:
I am not a medical doctor I want to be sure that I am the right person for you and what you need in order to improve your health. If I don't feel like I can help you, I will refer you to someone that can.
It's important that we are compatible and you feel comfortable working with me. This is why I start off with a Health & Lifestyle Assessment Session for my 90 Day Program.
I only work with people who are ready for change, who will be open to me holding them accountable and who are not looking for a quick fix but are ready for a lifestyle makeover. All programs include attention to physical, emotional and spiritual health and development. This may include changing how you eat, incorporating movement, working to eliminate limiting belief systems, working on emotional/spiritual practices, learning to make time to relax and calm the nervous system, as well as, anything else specific to helping you achieve your goals.
