“Emotional Balance - Holding Steady Through Emotional Waves” Featuring Cassandra Riding, CMHC

“Emotional Balance - Holding Steady Through Emotional Waves”

Featuring Cassandra Riding, CMHC

A supportive, grounding experience designed to help participants feel steadier and more capable when emotions arise. Participants leave with simple, usable tools they can rely on when feelings feel intense or unexpected, especially during or after energy-based or experiential work. The focus is on balance, self-trust, and the confidence that comes from knowing how to support themselves emotionally.

Therapeutic foundation: DBT-informed emotion regulation skills, mindfulness

Cassandra Riding is a clinical mental health counselor and founder of Soul Pathways Wellness. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and completed psychedelic-assisted therapy training through the Integrative Psychiatric Institute.

Her work blends body, mind, and spirit, drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems, DBT, mindfulness, and ketamine-assisted therapy to support whole-person healing. Cassandra helps clients navigate trauma, attachment wounds, identity shifts, and spiritual or religious transitions, with an emphasis on reconnecting to inner wisdom and grounded intuition.

In her ketamine-assisted therapy work, she focuses on intentional preparation, clear structure, and meaningful integration so insights translate into real, embodied change.

Cassandra brings a warm, intuitive, and clinically grounded presence that creates a space for emotional and spiritual healing to unfold safely and authentically.
