Crystals 101

We are going to be setting aside all of the "woo" to talk about the actual factual truths of crystals and why they work with our bodies to facilitate healing and wholeness. This class creates a solid foundation for your own crystal work whether you are a beginner to the crystals world or have been playing with stones your entire life. Come find out why crystals are our allies in supporting our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health.

Allison Gilchrist is an Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Practitioner, and an intuitive empath. Her studies have included astrology, ayurveda, herbalism, Tarot, sound healing, aromatherapy, color therapy, cranial sacral therapy, foot zoning, the Chakras, nutrition, and more. She currently lives in Sandy, Utah and has a healing room in her home where she works with clients on a one on one basis. In her home you will find many crystals, a jungle of plants, four cats, four kids, and a happy husband. She considers herself blessed to do the healing work she does and loves opportunities to share her knowledge of crystals and healing with
others.
